eLeapPower Shenzhen Technology & Engineering Center Officially Launched

July 12, 2024 – eLeapPower’s Shenzhen Technology & Engineering Center was officially inaugurated, marking a further enhancement of the company’s technological prowess and manufacturing capabilities. This milestone strengthens its ability to meet customers’ evolving needs and underscores its commitment to deepening roots in the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry.

Nestled in the North Zone of Shenzhen National High-Tech Industrial Park – a designated "High-Tech Product Export Base" and "National High-Tech Industry Standardization Demonstration Zone" – the center enjoys exceptional connectivity. It is adjacent to the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao and Nanguang Expressways, with direct access to Xili High-Speed Railway Station, Shenzhen’s largest, within a 10-minute drive.

The facility houses a Testing & Validation Center on the first floor and an Advanced Manufacturing Production Line on the third floor. The testing hub includes reliability laboratories for high-low temperature and humidity testing, high-power back-to-back bench testing, EMC testing, and vibration testing. The production line covers processes such as single-board testing, full-machine assembly, complete product testing, aging tests, and factory acceptance testing, capable of manufacturing a variety of high-voltage on-board components including 2-in-1, 3-in-1, and 4-in-1 integrated systems.
